Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a tour. You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for your password and device biometrics enrolled for login.
- Notify support@movin.id promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.
The Service
- Plan trips, browse discovery content, book tour packages, track shared expenses, and use maps, weather, translation, and AI assistant features.
- Hotel-only or standalone transport tickets are not sold separately today; when included, they are part of a tour package.
Bookings & payments
- A tour booking is binding after payment is completed and you receive confirmation.
- Prices reflect listed inclusions; personal expenses, visas, and optional add-ons are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
- Tour payments are processed by external payment providers; Movin does not store card numbers or CVV.
- In-app subscriptions are billed through Google Play Billing under Google’s terms.
User content & conduct
- You retain ownership of content you post; you grant Movin a license to host and display it to operate the Service.
- Do not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; do not scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
Disclaimer & liability
Travel information, AI suggestions, and third-party listings are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying details before you travel. The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may delete your account in the app or by emailing support@movin.id. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms.
